I'm impressed with this cane, which nicely splits the difference between the simple single-end canes (not quite grippy enough) and the wider quad canes, which are much more stable but also heavy, clunky, ugly, and kind of embarrassing. The wide rubber tip on this has a good grip, but the real win is that it has an "ankle," so the full edge grabs the surface but then stays holding on as you move past it and the angle of the cane changes. The cane can be quickly pulled apart and stored in the travel bag if you want to bring it on a trip or even just have it handy in the car for when it's needed. The central cord holds all the pieces together, so to reassemble just unbend and reinsert the edges - 30 seconds max, easy. The perfect combination of effective support, ease of use, stylishness, and convenience. Highly recommended.
The cane doesn��t need to be used all the time, but it��s helpful when getting up after sitting for a long time or in the morning. It��s sturdy and reliable. Adjusting the height wasn��t difficult��it uses a mechanism with small metal balls that fit into circular cutouts. You press the ball and slide it to the next opening, which are spaced about an inch apart. I��m 5'6" and found the third notch from the top works best. The ball is large enough to lock securely, so it won��t slip unexpectedly. There��s also a metal ring between the top and middle sections that screws tightly, adding extra stability. A loop on the handle, likely nylon, is handy if you��re worried about dropping it or losing your grip. It can stand on its own, though I usually lean it against something.The handle is long, made of soft rubber, and feels comfortable in my hand. I chose the silver color��it��s simple and doesn��t draw attention, with a subtle design.It��s currently on sale for $18, but even the regular price of $22.99 seems fair and offers good value.The cane folds easily, and a Velcro strap keeps the pieces together. At my chosen height, it��s about 16 inches long when folded. That��s a bit too big for my purse, but I wouldn��t want the base pressing against the inside of my handbag anyway.

Very good for people with balance issues. I especially like the slight bounce at the base of the cane with each step. The four foot base allows it to stand on it's own.
I like this cane. It��s easy to use and quickly folds up. The only issue ii is longer than the height range given. I��m 5�� 4�� and use the lowest notch. It says it is for 5��, but if you are shorter than I am, it would probably be too high
