Eligibility & Requirements
To ensure a smooth refund or exchange, please keep the following in mind:
- The 30-Day Window: Please initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Product Condition: To qualify for a full refund, items should be returned in their original packaging and in their original, "like-new" condition.
- Verification: To help our technical team understand your concern and improve our designs, we may ask for a photo or a short video of the product before authorizing the return.
Hygiene & Health Safety
Due to the personal nature of certain mobility aids, products that come into contact with bodily fluids—such as bathroom safety equipment, braces, or cushions—cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened. This policy protects the health of our staff and ensures every customer receives a pristine, sanitary product.
Shipping Costs & Fees
While we cover the cost of getting the product to you, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For your convenience, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct its cost from your final refund amount.
Note on Heavy Items: For items weighing 20 lbs or more, a 20% restocking fee applies. This covers the extensive inspection and repackaging required for larger equipment.
Cancellations & Refunds
Order Cancellations: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order will follow our standard return policy.
Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a credit to your original payment method. Most banks reflect this credit within 2 to 4 weeks.
